Team tryouts for the 2026–2027 competition season at Gold Medal Gymnastics have concluded, but we warmly welcome inquiries and continue evaluating prospective athletes year-round for potential team opportunities.

XCEL Teams

5 years old and up

Our XCEL Team gymnasts will compete 6 times per year on all four apparatus. Practice times will range from 2 times per week to 4 times per week depending on level.  Dedication and discipline is a must, but your gymnast will have a blast learning and competing while being able to participate in other extracurricular activities.

Compulsory Teams

5 years old and up

Compulsory is where it all begins on the track to optional level gymnastics.  Gymnasts will compete 6 times per season. Focus, hard work, and desire to learn are a vital asset to any compulsory level gymnast.

Optional Team

7 years and up

Optional Teams will compete 6 times per year on all four apparatus. Practice days and times vary depending on level. Our optional team is invite only.
